The pick-up service from the airport was really easy, and we didn't have to wait long for our ride. the reservation desk staff were friendly and helpful, and we were quickly escorted to the waiting vehicle. the hotel room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a clean bathroom and fast Wi-Fi.

During our 11, hour layover, we found the airport shuttle at City Comfort Inn Baiyun Airport to be incredibly convenient. the hotel reservation desk outside the arrival gates made check, in a breeze, and the staff, despite their limited English, used translators so communication was not an issue. the rooms were comfortable and well, equipped with everything we needed for our short stay.
The lack of English, speaking staff, but they made up for it with their use of translators on their phones.

Airport shuttle was easy to find and use. Staff used phone translators to communicate in English, so no language barriers. Convenient hotel reservation desk at the airport. Comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities.
Staff did not speak English, not a surprise though.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our layover. The pick-up service was quick and hassle-free, thanks to the hotel reservation desk at the airport. Within minutes, we were escorted to a comfortable van. The hotel staff were accommodating and made us feel at ease. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities.
